Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By using aitrendclub.com or setting up an account, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy credits or passes on AI Trend Club.

Description of the service

AI Trend Club lets you choose trending AI video templates, upload photos, and receive short vertical videos featuring you or your pet in that style. We also provide an AI video generator for 4 to 15 second clips, a tool to swap a person in your own clip up to 15 seconds long using a single photo, and an AI image generator and photo editor.

Our video features run on Seedance 2.0 Mini and Seedance 2.5 models through the API provider APIMart. Image generation uses GPT Image, also accessed through APIMart.

Because these tools rely on artificial intelligence, results vary with every run. Likeness, clothing, movements, and timing may differ from the source material or template.

Accounts

You can browse the website for free without creating an account. You need an account to make videos, buy passes, and purchase credit packs. Any work you start as a guest automatically transfers to your account when you log in.

You sign in with your Google account. Each login session uses an essential HttpOnly cookie and remains active for up to 14 days.

New accounts receive 25 free welcome credits, which is enough to generate 5 images. Welcome credits hold no cash value, never expire, and cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for all actions taken under your account.

Passes, packs and payments

Every generation requires credits, and the exact credit cost is displayed before you run any task. One credit is worth $0.01 of credit-pack value. All prices are listed in US dollars. We may update prices over time, but price changes will never affect purchases you have already made.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal using your PayPal balance or a payment card. AI Trend Club never receives or stores your full card details, and PayPal issues your purchase receipt. We store your payment status, paid amounts, and PayPal transaction identifiers to grant credits and manage refund requests.

Passes require a single payment and never renew automatically. You do not need to cancel anything. Pass credits expire at the end of each pass period and are spent before any pack credits are used. You can buy a new pass once your current one finishes, and you can buy credit packs at any time. Pack credits never expire.

You can get a full refund for a pass or credit pack if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have not used any of its credits. Once any credits from that purchase are used to generate content, no refund is provided, regardless of the output, because AI providers charge for every run. Requests made after 14 days are not refunded unless local statutory law provides otherwise.

If a generation fails or is rejected by an AI model, the spent credits are returned to your balance automatically. Prompts blocked by moderation before processing starts cost zero credits. To request an eligible refund, email support@aitrendclub.com from your account email with your payment date and amount from your PayPal receipt. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through PayPal, and remaining credits from refunded items are removed.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you create, as permitted by law. We do not use your content for promotional or marketing purposes without your permission.

When you upload photos, their embedded metadata such as location details is removed. Uploaded photos and clips are deleted from our servers after 7 days. Completed videos and images remain available to download for 30 days before being permanently removed.

To generate content, your processed photo, reference clip, and prompt are sent to APIMart and its underlying model providers. APIMart may review photos of people prior to running a person swap, subject to its own policies. Text prompts are reviewed by an automated OpenAI moderation tool before generation starts.

Trend pages display original video clips with the creator's handle and a direct link to the original post. These original clips belong entirely to their creators. AI Trend Club is not affiliated with these creators, TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform. Creators may request removal of their clips at any time by emailing us.

All site designs, software, code, branding, and original systems belonging to AI Trend Club remain our intellectual property.
