Refund Policy
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pass or pack. Once any credits from a purchase are spent, that purchase cannot be refunded.
The short answer
We offer full refunds for passes and credit packs within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credits from that order. Because we incur costs with third-party AI providers for every generation run, we cannot issue refunds once you spend credits from your purchase, regardless of the output. If a generation fails or gets rejected by our systems, your credits return to your balance right away.

How to ask for a refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@aitrendclub.com from the email address linked to your AI Trend Club account.
Include the date of your payment and the exact amount shown on your PayPal receipt. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and sent directly back to your original payment method.
When a pass is refunded or disputed, that pass ends immediately and any remaining credits from it are removed. When a credit pack is refunded, the remaining credits from that pack are removed from your account.
Refunds are for unused credits only
We only grant refunds if none of the credits from the specific pass or credit pack have been spent. Once you use credits to generate an image, video, or swap, that purchase becomes non-refundable.
AI generation results naturally vary from run to run, and aspects like likeness, clothing, motion, and timing can differ. Because our external AI service providers charge for every single processing attempt, we cannot issue refunds based on personal preference or generation outcomes once credits are consumed.
You must send your refund request within 14 days of the payment date. Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, though nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights granted by your local laws.
A video that fails gives its credits back
If a video, photo, or face swap task fails to finish, your credits return to your account balance automatically. You do not need to contact customer support or file a request.
This automatic credit return also applies if the AI model refuses to process your request. Furthermore, if our automated moderation filter stops a typed prompt before generation begins, no credits are deducted.
Passes never renew
All passes on AI Trend Club are one-time payments. They never renew automatically, and there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel.
When your current pass ends, you can choose to purchase a new pass or buy credit packs at any time.
When credits expire
Credits included with a pass expire at the end of each designated access period. A Week Pass provides credits for 7 days, a Month Pass provides credits for one month, and a Year Pass provides a fresh allotment of credits every month for 12 months. Any unused pass credits expire when that period ends.
Credits purchased through credit packs never expire. When you create content, your pass credits are always spent first before your pack credits are touched. Free welcome credits also never expire.
Payments and receipts
All transactions are handled securely through PayPal using your PayPal balance or a payment card. AI Trend Club never receives or stores your full payment card details.
PayPal delivers your official payment receipt by email. We store the transaction identifier, payment amounts, and payment status to credit your account and manage refund requests.
Today's prices
All prices are listed in US dollars. The cost in credits is always displayed before you start any generation task. One credit equals $0.01 in credit-pack value. Any future price updates do not alter past purchases.

- Year Pass: $149.99 for 3,000 credits each month across 12 months
- Small Credit Pack: $9.90 for 1,000 credits (no expiration)
- Medium Credit Pack: $29.90 for 3,300 credits (no expiration)
- Large Credit Pack: $69.90 for 8,000 credits (no expiration)
